Daydreaming

As I sit at work on this beautiful Friday I can only daydream of the weekend. Group ride Saturday morn, hopefully MTB's on Sunday morn. I daydream a lot. I daydream as I work. I daydream as I ride.



Right now I could use all the daydreaming I can get my hands on. Things have been a bit slow in the excitement category of late. Days are filled with solo bike rides, work and maybe a bit of reading. My transformation to single living has not been very smooth. I've been thinking of bailing on it several times and heading home but that would leave me back where I started....or worse!



I was daydreaming about a vacation just this morning. In fact I have been daydreaming about loading up my bike and touring this wonderful state called Wisco, riding from State Park to State Park. 9 days worth. That's always been filed under my "maybe someday" file. This so called "maybe someday" file has been growing in the last few years and I think under my current situation maybe it would be best for me to whittle the list down a bit. I'll need to do some more daydreaming about that....

This week has been "Walk\Bike to Work\School" week in DANOville. I was slated to help out with refreshment stations around town on Monday and Friday but missed out cuz I got called out early mornings to work in a couple of out of town offices. Boo.(and sorry guys)
Tonite is the final event and as soon as my work day is done I will blast downtown to help set up the Brat Fry and outdoor movie they have scheduled.

That's all I can daydream of right now....
